No. We provide research, advice and itinerary planning only. All bookings and payments are made directly by you with your chosen airline, hotel or tour operator. This means your money is protected by the provider's own policies.
No. Because we do not take payment for travel services, we do not provide ATOL or ABTA protection. When you book directly with an airline or hotel, you are covered by their own consumer protection policies and any applicable credit card protections.
Initial consultations are free. If we proceed to detailed itinerary planning, any applicable fees will be clearly explained and agreed before we begin. We believe in complete transparency.
We aim to call back within 2 hours during our business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM UK time). If you submit a request outside these hours, we'll call you back as soon as we open the next business day.
