Important: We do not book flights, hotels, or other travel services on your behalf. All bookings and payments are made directly by you with your chosen provider.

2. No Booking Responsibility

FLYAIRFARES LTD is not a travel agent or booking platform. We explicitly:

• Do not handle payments for travel services
• Do not make reservations on your behalf
• Do not provide ATOL or ABTA protection
• Do not guarantee availability or prices
• Do not issue tickets or booking confirmations

3. Payment Process

Our payment structure is as follows:

• Initial Consultation: Free of charge
• Detailed Itinerary Planning: Paid service starting from £25
• Payment for Services: Made directly to FLYAIRFARES LTD
• Payment for Travel: Made directly by you to airlines/hotels

All consultancy fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed in writing before work begins.

4. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

All travel services are provided by independent suppliers and are subject to their own terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Fare rules and restrictions
• Cancellation and refund policies
• Baggage allowances
• Schedule changes
• Conditions of carriage

We recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions of any provider before making a booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information for your travel requirements
• Ensuring you meet all travel requirements (passport, visas, etc.)
• Making your own bookings directly with providers
• Verifying all information before booking
• Paying directly for your chosen travel services
